I forgot my password

To reset your password
 
  1. Navigate to the log in screen
  2. Tap Forgot my password
  3. Enter your email address (must be the same as your username)
  4. Tap the OK button
  5. Follow the instructions in the email that will have been sent to your account address
 
NOTE The email will be sent only to the email associated with your account. If you cannot remember the email address associated with your account, contact customer service. For information on how to get help, check Who to contact.
 
You may be asked to provide your application ID (app ID).  To find your app ID:
  1. From the Help screen, tap Application Information
  2. Scroll down to locate your app ID
